Q: How do register?

A:  Please go to the registration page and fill out the required information. After completing all required fields and agreeing to the Terms of Use, click the Submit button. 


Q: Is registration free?

A: Yes, registration is absolutely free.

Q: What are the required documents when registering?

A: Business License or Seller’s Permit (A legal document that allows you to see merchandise in your State) Please remember, all information on your documents should match your registration.

Q: How long does it take after submitting my registration for my account to be reviewed and verified?

A: Please allow 1-2 business days for your account to be updated and you will be informed by e-mail upon approval. 


       If you do not receive a response after 3 business days, you may contact us so that we may further assist you.

Q: How soon can I start placing an order after setting up my account?

A: Immediately, you can begin placing orders with us.

Q: How to place an order?

A: Clicking on any of the images in the quick-view dialog will display a larger image to see more details. Type in the quantity of the item you would like to purchase than click “Add to Cart’ if you would like to continue shopping or “Checkout’ to begin the checkout process.

Q: How do I know what location is my item will be shipping from?

A:  Our items are shipped from our California warehouses.

Q: How can I find the status of my order? Has my order shipped?

A:   Please go to the “Order Status” section of the website which contains a record of all orders you have placed with us. Through order status you can track the progress of your orders, cancel item (s) from orders or view your order history.

Q: Will I get a better price if I purchase a larger quantity?

A: Please contact us for pricing when ordering larger quantity.

Q: What if you do not have enough quantities that I am looking for? How long will it take to restock inventory?

A:  It depends on the product, less than 35 days


Q: How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

A:  We advise that you contact us immediately (within the same day the order was placed is highly recommended) should you need to make changes to your order.

Q:  Will I receive a confirmation once my order is placed?

A:  Yes, you will receive email confirmation.

Q: Can I still cancel my order after it is placed?

A:  No, you will need to contact us.

Q: What payment method are accepted?

A:  We accept major credit cards, ACH, bank wires, Cashier’s Check and money order.  

Q: Can I save my credit card on file to make future purchases?

A: Yes, you will be able to add a credit card on file for future purchases.

Q: Will you have other payment options available?

A:   We will have apple / google pay

Q: Can I still cancel my order online once I made my payment?

A:  Once all required documents are received, it will take 3-5 business days.

Q: Can I pick up my order in person?

A:  Yes, when that option is selected, once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation.

Q: Can I ship to multiple locations?

A:  No, we can only ship a new order to one location.

Q: Do you ship throughout the United States?

A:  Yes, we ship throughout the United States.

Q: Do you ship international?

A:  Only North America at this time.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number once my package shipped?

A: Yes, you will receive an email notification once your order is shipped.

Q: Can I cancel/changing my order after it is placed?

A: Due to our size and efficient fulfillment, we move pretty quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed.  In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours.
